In CSE one or two days are green color, most of days are red, every day our shares are gradually going down
Last year this time GREG group went up but this year this time that group also in low or average prices, then REEF,BFL,PCH(12/2010),CFT,LOLC,RHLGRAN,TAFL,COLO and more others
ASI cross 7500 that time
Most of beginners (2011’s start) are suffering by CSE behavior ( IPO’s tsunami, they are not keeping time distance)

What is the reasons for down market (my reasons sometime not correct with others)

IPO’s---- not keeping time distance
Against srilankan political situation
GSP+ cut
Most greedy investors (I am also)
Not search or research about each company---finance results, their future investment, company’s performance
Margin facility cut by CSE (now we can arrange by bank or finance company)

Whats happening in the CSE is that it has entered a bear phase. Day before yesterday ASI was up 34 points because highly capitalised LOFC traded over 100% its introductory price. Yesterday, 135 counters were with Negative contributions while only 53 counters were with positive contributions, but ASI fell only by about 9 points. Thats because VONE which was a good IPO propped up the market. If not for these two factors, ASI would have been down quite a bit on both days. IPO's will keep comming. Most of the good shares in the secondary market are down because, investors sell them to invest in IPO's. I think Technical Analysis Experts should identify at what point the market would turn, so we would be ready to pick up good shares trading at realy bargain prices in the secondary market.
