139,000,000 shares were issued to the public @ 29 – June 2011
Retails investors were given 55,600,000 shares @ 29
On 12th June
Opening price –Rs 25
Closing Price Rs 18
High -25/ low 16.2
21,074,700 shares got traded between 25-18
I can assume 5% of retailers sold at loss – 1Mn shares
Rest must have come from the private placement -20Mn Shares
I don’t think retailers who bought at 29 are will sell bellow 18. So, what I would like to know is, are there any more PP guys who are willing to sell below 18?
If those PP guys stay out, SHL will rise at least up to 25. But.. if PP guys sell, this can go down to 7.2!
