Hi
One of my friends applied IPO shares through my Cdax account. Now he has register with CSE and have own account.
Now is it possible to transfer shares from my account to his account?

You may be still wondering why it is not possible ?

Think about this way.

As we know the "MARKET " comprises a facilitator (CSE & CDS )) , a regulator (SEC) , traders (Stock Brokers ), and thousands of buyers and sellers. Further there is fully integrated computer systems, data networks, settlement systems , regulations .. etc, .
Now, if shares can be transferred from one person's account to another person's account, without going through the " market mechanism " what' s the purpose of having all these systems , mechanisms ,regulations ?

I think still possible, but alot paper work i think and u need to show a valid reason, u cant bypass the market and do those things without any valid reason.
