i got a news from a friend lgl is going to right issue,is it true??????if that happened what will be the market price of lgl.

With news share might go up. If the right issue to be success, LGL has to appreciate at least up to 50.

Why SEYB X & N both Down (even below the R price) when R issue was fully subscribed & Successful...?

what is the propose of buying R at a higher price when the normal share is below the right issue.???? Can someone please explain bom

Hikz...Don't you know they played a game of Roulette Gambling @ GRAN & Black Jack Gambling with another stock which I cant remember at the moment with that IPO money...

I also heard this about a month ago...but they never came out with any such proposal. If LGL comes out with rights, first they need to clearly explain what happened to the IPO money. They just cant raise money to gamble at CSE.

If share is trading around 50,they can set a good price for Rights. thats what i meant. Can you remember the rallies that CRL had,they brought it up to 60 level then set the right issue at 50,suddenly share collapsed. On XD date it was trading below the IPO price,as i can remember. Who gonna apply for rights when share is trading below the IPO price,i think CRL right issue might be a failure.

It's very old news. but if they going to right issue they have to mention what happen to the IPO money. Mr. wagapitiya have there own future plans. Anyway i heard LGL rights issue come with attach warrants. if that happens I'm strongly believe both voting & Non voting shares much more appreciate than this.

That is because there were some hedging agreements inside the Seylan right issue. pirat
