If SEC allowed brokers to give credit , what will be the SL share mkt behavior for next 6 month?

pls share your valuble ideas

Rather than what happening just after the SEC decision, i thought of discussing little further ahead as we have to invest for future. Since my knowledge is little to the mkt compared to expert in this forum i invite smallville, hasi84, StockGuru, $$$, econ, godswen, Meta Trader, gann, innam, tkc, mark, optimistic, slstock, Monster, milanka
, mono and all others to share your thoughts.
