KGAL what happening??

Lots of people talked about kgal,nw its going down after massive profit will it continue going down like this,some people told it wil pass 400 nw going down,
will i exit frm kgal and enter to bfl?

if u don't mind, shall i ask the question this way, did u buy this share because of others told it will touch 400/=, i don't know about the price u bought, your holding capacity & your required return.

Also note that i am not saying as to you should HOLD OR SELL?

My advise is to you is at least in the future don't buy any shares merely because of some body is telling something

Also i never gave any expected price for any shares, because no body can't predict the future, also sometimes i find it very difficult to understand the way CSE is moves

400 was the figure MarketResearch came up with. it was what i call a rectal assertion

I didn't gave prices at certain times but I'm saying now it will definitely have to pass Rs 300 by next quarter reports! This is considering there are at least some sort of basics running this market except the manipulators and lambs who follow them!

Well I have not been wrong about something I posted so far so lets wait and see!

Still investors are bullish on KGAL. Today i show that they were collecting at 235 to 240. Yesterday one of my assistant attended the Richard Pieris forum, for them KGAL is a cash cow. You know that plantation performance cannot be measured on short run. You need to have patient for that and you cannot compare it with poultry shares.

today there were guys who bought CARS @ 750, even after reporting a loss for last Q.

same thing happen in the other way with BFL.

So I am not surprised to KGAL coming down in short run. even BFL came down to 400 form 500.

all this is due to panic sellers and buyers. soon market will correct these and each share will get what it is deserve.

Only thing you have to have is the holding power still you get the correct price.

It was Carson Company which made a -0.17 EPS

Nuh.. that's only a dream.. I'd buy if it comes tru which in my books has -1000% probability ;-)
The min I think this may come back is to 220s and will slowly pick up the pace..

here we go again, The first sign of a red day and people come out with all kinds of accusations of panic selling. Well people who bought CARS and BUKI ought to panic but don't paint everyone with the same brush. Lots of people started selling last week (not talking about the CARS group here, but overall). They just accelerated yesterday that's all.

What do you mean by a downturn? Well it's some massive profit taking I think. I also sold mine off last friday, But started to buy yesterday. So I think everyone's playing safe not panicked.

kpinvest notice that I didn't use the term downturn. but you know that the market can't go up day after day. A drop is long over due. No one can say for sure whether the 200 point drop we saw yesterday was the limit, or whether it will be mostly red till march credit clearance finished.

Don't forget that some of the shares have gone up far far in excess of the reported earnings. Their prices have to decline to realistic levels. You don't need to worry about the shares where price rise is in keeping with the earnings reported.

You can give the shares u think it has to comedown, it will be better for the new comers, seem the person who put the post also bought the shares because somebody said it will go to 400/=

I agree with u 100%, there will be upward & downward moment in any stock exchange, also some of the share prices in the CSE, is not supported by the proper valuations

and I agree that market need a break. If you look at last year, market bull runs lasted average about a month and had breaks time to time, except OCT to DEC due to credit rules and other factors.

and the recent bull run is only due to some illiquid stocks getting appreciated in a big way. Most counters fell in their values during past few days, but ASI kept on going up. ASI did not reflect the true picture.

Y'days 200+ fall was also mainly due to same illiquid stocks. It may come down further.

In-fact, I think the market is having its break during past few days, even though we didn't see it due to ASI appreciation.

this break may last anther two weeks and may start another run. I don't think there will be any effect coming in due to credit clearing deadline on 31.3.2011, cos now most of the credits are cleared.

To see the value of this share just compare it to Carson group Palm Oil shares 9 month eps and share price.

I see it oppositte ;-) This may even rise to 300 and settle on 250 till the dates announced.. And when shares come to market, this may drop to 150-180 but I dont buy it if some1 says the price gets half..
