he sold only 5000 shares on 12th August.e have had lenthy discussions on CSD.You can Refer those which are on this forum.

what sort of signal?if you go by these gestures you wont be able to trade any share. (unless its a substantial quantity).considering the total number of share of CSD ,This 5000 is nothing.
dont mislead new comers by mentioning wrong signals.

Sometime directors use to buy sell small quantities to give buy/sell signals. it is a very known fact in stock markets.
don't jump into conclusions. listen to a one who has 272 posts in his belt and make your decision

once a gain if CSD 'S director sold 5000 shares and its an indication of where CSD heading why it went up 1 rupee today?people like u idots ruine this site.anyway i dont deal with scrap like u.

keep worrying about negligible amounts deal by directors.happy journey in cse thaththe.

NAVPS is over 29. EPS 0.68 up massively compare to 2010. net cash flow also positive. seems csd bounce back after right issue.

What I feel is the directors of this company really don’t know the value of this company, that’s why this share remains undervalued up to now. This is the reason why I keep on telling some other party to be taken over the control of this asset.

yes. I lost the game because I feel it is very hard to talk with people who know little about market and only think in quantitative manner.
Look at where it started. I don't know whether it is worth or not at the current price. If you have some time please go through the previous 2,3 quarters to find out anything special in NAV.
you had posted director has sold only 5000 and you asked us to keep buying because it was a small quantity. What I said is even 5000 it could be a signal to the market. There are some directors who buy only 100 shares to give signal to the market. market is reactive to those directors. I notice that in several group of companies.
why it went 1 ruppe ? I really don't know. But people have lot of things to think. about EAST,CLND, Lanka hospitals,...
