Next month REEF 17 warrants are going to be converted to normal shares
REEF.N0000 = 85
REEF.W0017 = 31

Cost you has to paid to convert warrant = 61

But there is an issue here,
Will REEF share worth 61.00 at the conversion date , next month ?

Best thing is do a valuation on your own.
some Information ....

1. They have 40Mn shares of CLND (@32). Unrealized gain would be more than 1 billion. Approximately Rs.20 per share.
2. Kalpitiya hotel and Waskaduwa hotel going to launch in 2012/Dec. Funds are already allocated
3. They are looking for acquire land to build a hotel in EAST

This is what DJ want to do just before the warrant conversion. It is possible to sell a big stake of normal share and buy warrant 17
