There are endless court proceedings going on waiting for an outcome.

If TWOOD manage to overcome those court cases.. It will Shoot up more than 50% for sure.
TWOOD is the most undervalued share in the market now i guess..
But it's not advisable to invest on it until they solve those court cases..

If we manage to put our money on correct time, it will reward us for sure.. afro

The TWOD 31.12.2010 accounts are delayed.

It may be uploaded to the CSE.lk after the case is heard in courts.
There is no precident to this case as its one of a kind (Like Ellawalla Ekanayake and the high-jack case that took place decades back)

The unanswered question is why didn't the authorities file action against the companies that blaringly violated basic regulations and circumvented the laws and manipulated things to get scott free. Whereas, TWOD had only one issue. Say the basis of valuation was not quite correct and NAV per share could be over stated, but is that the only method available to ascertain the vaibility, profitability and potential of the company?

The annualized earnings /share is LKR. 4/=
NAV per share is LKR. 40/=
The revaluation of shares involes LKR 510 million
Public Holding of shares is 70% (As at 31/09/2010)
Question is who amoung the public are the MEGA players?
Is there any connection / affiliation to the Directors?
Who has bought the certificates to all the cultivation and what is the differential between the value due to the certificate holders and actual value of the cultivation?
What is the bsis for allocation of that difference and the mechanics of appropriation!!

Now we will try and figure that out. Any know the returns payable to the title holders?

i think they have 6 monthly reports.

and they also have crazy variance in profitability 331 mn in the march report & 86 mn in the sept report. Question

also 331Mn means thier EPS is close to 8. Can someone explain to me in non accounting lingo what the problem is with TWOD

Last two lines should be 31/01/2011 and 15/02/2011. Is'nt it? If that is the case Foreign investors have purchased around 239,000 shares within 0ne and half month. That's a good indicater of inceasing demand of this stock. We can expect a rally at any moment.

I think as investors , we should be prepared for Negative outcome (Not to be negative minded), But if we prepared to negative outcome and if they give a unfavourable decesion to TWOD . we are prepared , But nothing to say if we get it positive , No two words it will shoot.
So be prepared to negative and get it positive.
