For my experience, for a big profit the luck should come first.

I thinks luck plays a role but the most important thing is timing u have to sell it at the rite time and also buy at the rite time otherwise u will loose so the most important thing is market focus n have to be responsive at the rite time.

This principal always applies if one plays their cards right. Check the current market caps of some companies (http://www.cse.lk/listedcompanies/marketcapitalisation.htm) and imagine what one can do with a few hundred million. Throw in a couple of rumors and gossip, and you got a money maker, regardless of fundamentals, technical analysis or the company you invest in.
