I want to find about the companies information financial status and other valuable data for an investor! Can any one tell a web sit except CSE web site?? Please help me guys!

The best place is CSE. Why you are looking for other places?
CSE is the most trusted and fastest and all others follow CSE. All comp. listed in CSE are obliged to report to cse. If some thing is not there at CSE, you won't find it any where.
Did you mean analysis reports or charts?

It's not about Charts! I just want to find out the information such as what kind of the company, to which sector it belongs, what is going on in that sector now days etc....... Do you know any site??

Company's Top 20 investors are usually given in the anual report.
Eg, in case of NTB :http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/387_1299494956909.pdf
it is there in page 143

For charts, I usually prefer DirectFN but Chinwi's link seems to be handy if you are on the move
