Diri Savi Board companies are only required to release interims every 6 months as per CSE rules - so for LGL that means they must mandatorily release their September 2011 results, sometime by mid November 2011.

Of course even Diri Savi companies can voluntarily release their results every quarter, and it is notable that both LGL and ODEL did so last year, but have not done so this year.

LGL released its December 2010 results when it was not required to do so, and ODEL released its June 2010 and December 2010 results despite not being required to do so either.

I wonder whether the previous earnings releases had something to do with giving publicity to 'good' results soon after listing ? Wink

Best practice is to release results every 3 months promptly, and investors should mark up Diri Savi companies which do so, despite not being required by CSE rules

My presumption, LGL will prefer to publish on 6 monthly basis since there is a delay in getting price increase. Otherwise , they will have to report a massive fluctuation in income.

Any way there was a positive momentum in the last half an hour trading of LGL. tomorrow could be a LGL day. Seems to be there is a support level at 41.

We all are waiting to c June quarter results of LGL,Annual results were released but quarter results are pending. As some one said earlier, they might release 6 month results in October or November, will c. Other thing is Dividend. they declared an interim dividend in March,based on last year December quarter result. But no final dividend yet. Very Happy
