Since your question is on poultry rally is a broad one. But GRAN in particular formed a nice technical pattern today which I waited for so long. Now it became relatively LOW risk counter for me. I don't expect a run for the heaven but a decent swing in coming days. This is quite identical to the last swing of PCH (from 16.5 to 21.70).

BUT I MAY BE EMBARRASSINGLY WRONG.

166 is what i was thinking, but now 163.70 it touched, heavily oversold and there should be a upward trend! 164.10 was my last order so let's see, may be next week! Smile

163.7, no my dear. it was touched at 163!

This is nothing my friend. As slstock mentioned frequently, there were even large crossings at 205 and 250 so considering that the price you have paid is much lower.

It may hardly take couple of good days to recover the price to this range, so be patient. Very Happy

Maybe it would comfort you to know my avergae in GRAN is over yours. Don't worry. If you are not short term trader and can hold for medium term with patience and I think you will be rewarded.

i think poultry will recover soon right before their next reports. BFL base is around 435~440 according to me. but the real base is around 400. CSE is nt gonna a have bear phase for me. So just before their next reports im expecting a run but nt just like it in prev year.

BFL report normally comes early. Along with BFL I too hope a run on GRAN and TAFL . As mentioned above I also agree that the run may not be like previous years due to current envioronment.

Have a look on GRAN's future plans.

We didn't see large selling orders for GRAN and TAFL towards the latter part of the day...hopefully the selling pressure is over and this helped the price to recover from mid-day low levels. If this momentum continues tommorow morning, we may see an end to this prolong downtrend. Just a wish rather than a prediction. Cool

I am expecting good Jan-Mar quarter results for all 4 poultry companies.
I believe all major poultry companies (BFL,TAFL,GRAN,CIC) have good growth potential in this year too.

Today GRAN , TAFL seemed to be holding their ground. BFL was a bit shaky but Rs450-Rs 460 seems a resistance.
I guess when all this selling it over it might for a powerful run as there will be less obstacles.

Yes somewhat...however the volume is discouraging...hope to see more trading in the rest of the week....definitely there are not many sellers at this price now.
