I think Softlogic will end up bankrupt. I don't think it can survive in the post COVID environment. Ashok is trying to buy his own shares to boost confidence, but it is not working. This company looks like bankruptcy in the making due to its high debt

No report shows a positive sign, dividend was given utilizing "revenue reserves". very fundamentals shows negative trends. it is a wrong approach to make decisions based on pre-covid prices or 52W H/L values.

Softlogic Holding is a 75Bn Conglomerate as per last annual report.

As of today,

- 4th Quarter Results ending 31 March 2020 is yet to be released,
- 1st Quarter Results ending 30 June 2020 is yet to be released,
- 2019/2020 Annual report yet to be released.

As per the disclosure made, they don't even know group Turnover for 4th Quarter.

Abance acquisition just becourse of Soft logic Finance has not fulfilled the Minimum core capital, however that is a good mgt strategic & that will amalgamate to Soft logic finance PLC.

Correct. It will take some time for Softlogic to recover. Good price to buy if possible to hold for 6-12 months.

කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුවේ ප්‍රධාන පුවරුවේ ලැයිස්තුගත කර තිබූ සොෆ්ට්ලොජික් හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගම එහි දෙවැනි පුවරුව වෙත හුවමාරු කර ඇතැයි කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳ පොළ සඳහන් කරයි.
2020 නොවැම්බර් 09 වැනිදා සිට මෙම හුවමාරුව සිදු කර තිබේ. කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුවෙහි ලැයිස්තුගත සමාගමක් ලෙස එහි රෙගුලාසි අංක 7.13.1 යටතේ පවත්වා ගත යුතු අවම මහජන කොටස් හිමිකාරීත්වයට අදාළ රෙගුලාසිය වෙත අනුකූලවීමට සමාගම දැක්වූ අපොහොසත් වීම මෙම තීරණයට හේතු වී තිබේ.
අද පස්වරු 12.14 වන විට සොෆ්ට්ලොජික් හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් කොටසක වටිනාකම රුපියල් 10.70ක් විය. එය පෙර දිනයට සාපේක්ෂව කොටස් වටිනාකම 0.94% ක වර්ධනයකි. ඒ අනුව මෙම කාලසීමාව තුළදී කොටස් 114,879ක ප්‍රමාණයක් ගනුදෙනු වී ඇති අතර එහි පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් 1,228,228.20 ක් විය.
