Motivated private sector from new budget proposals definitely would contribute for country's economic growth. Setting up proper business environment is vital of importance strengthened by regulatory framework.
Moreover, joint ventures with overseas investors are must introducing new technology, training, operations & transfer of business at the end of leasing period. Many countries in east Asia were capable of developing their economies in this manner.

Agree but the proposals and policies have to be CLEAR and STABLE. Must not be temporary and changing here and there. Clear policies and decisions are essential at macro level since any business plan must be built on that platform. Unfortunately this has not been the case for the year 2016 so far.
