BFL Was one of the fundamentally strong shares and the M/Price moved high. Since of late it has been trading in the Rs.250/= range. It was reported some time back that their state-of -the-art farm in the Anamaduwa area (Natures Best Hatchery)was to harvest the first batch of Chicken in August/September 2011.
Of the "Best under a US.$.billion", of the best 200 chosen, BFL was chosen from among 4 others from SRI LANKA.
There was a temporary set back when their maize farm was destroyed by the recent floods.
Could some one kindly let me know the actual situation. Is there something else that most of us unaware.
Please comment.

Friend in the future when you want to discuss about a particular share put it under the relevant share if any recent topic is there, if not put it as a new topic.

Well from the management and finance perspective BFL is soundly governed, present main concern is whether are there in a position to control increasing the cost of sales? Also when the new farm starts its harvest will it in the position to supply to the market (is the new farm will ended up as a over supply factor) ?

GENERALLY months ahead are good for the chicken business, so we have to wait and see the demand and supply, because last year heavy demand in created was created due to the fact prices of fish sky rocketed and most turn for chicken as alternative - refer there last annual report!

I PERSONALLY FEEL IT MIGHT STAY AROUND THIS PRICE FOR SOMETIME ( I Don't have a single share of BFL )
