i think main reason is high free float....of around 408 million.....because of this, though it is bit undervalued ,share price wont move up.....

Y DIAL without any movement ? Good result out by DIAL, but poor performers r going up while many billion profit performers r freeze like DIAL out.

This is how CSE behave these days. The companies which has performed well is going down. Companies with poor performance going up. Evil or Very Mad

That's good news and bad news (sort of). DIAL started off being a pure play stock (and made a big noise about it). Then they introduced DTV (a loss maker) and they called it part of their quadruple play game (still positioning themselves as a pure play stock). And as margins are being squeezed in the Telco industry globally, DIAL is finally diversifying - which is good. But it's not going to be a pure play stock any longer which in a way is bad cause foreign investors like it that way.

Anyway this is just my opinion and for the record, I have quite a few of these shares.
