It's obvious that government is set to strengthen their position in Key sectors of economy

Now they already have Litro gas, and with probable Gas exploration in Mannar, they might think of further strengthening their stake of the other market player, which is LGL. Now it's clear that the Government related funds slowly bought some amount of LGL shares from the market and then came this Crossing between Parent Company and EPF. I'm sure State funds will continue buying LGL share in next few weeks as they did with TESS,BLUE etc. and we can expect some upward trend probably of both voting and non-voting shares. On the other hand, some people of the forum might know that, there are some other hidden transactions(Small Scale) also contributed to last few weeks collection of LGL just the same way we observed during past few years.

This is only my observation, not buy and sell recommendation

How do you say that?

LGL.N issued @ 25, LGL.X @ 16. Normally there was a difference of 10-12 ruppees, but now check how much is the difference

Not only that , we have to consider the issued shared quantity. X is more illiquid when compare with N
