Note: During this period, we observed massive foreign selling. But they are purchasing these type of shares which we are selling with discounted prices.

I think the foreign investors buy them for keeping 5+ years not for expecting Sri Lankan style 'rallies', and I think they won't buy 'inside rallies' only locals do that. When the local investment companies and big investors artificially create a rally to sell their shares, foreigners switch off. :-)
