I guess FLCH too will pay a dividend... If HPFL is paying 0.50 proportionately FLCH should pay 0.20 isn't it? (Just a guess)
What I am not sure is whether the IPO shareholders will be entitled for the dividend based on the date of issue of the shares.

That is very unlikely..

If these is a dividend all share holder should be entitled. ( IPO and PP) . FLCH also seems to be presently effected by the market sentiments on plantation based companies.

There are more projects underway for FLCH ( leisure, hydro power, property) . If one is patient ( atleast for 1 year) holding this share for long term specially with a Nav of 4.6 might even result in a big capiital gain. Also it is worthwhile to look at management team ;-)

I think since the price trading below the IPO price the board of directors will come up something to up the price... Just to keep confident of investors...
