Eps is 0.64 with capital gain

Without Capital gain around 0.25 to 0.26. Not bad. Retailer business is improving.

Also if not for MASK massive losses EPS would be atleast 0.05 more.

Apart from other income which is mainly due to disposal of AAIC (I think) normal business operations have contributed strongly to the bottom line.
