Both of them are long term play, It's like getting into a bus in the Vehicle park and waiting it to go; Mean time you will see many other buses passing you at a speed.

Yes 100 % true.With this trend definitely it is always better to go for OFF IPO.I have observed the price variation pattern of reef for last few months.Therefore i guess even in the short term there can be potential benefits. Rolling Eyes

1 Income Tax ( Amendments to the Inland Revenue Act No 10 of 2006)

1.1 Exemptions/ Taxation at concessionary rates

1.1.1 Exemption under Section 16 C

The present tax holiday regime stipulated in Section 16C of the Inland Revenue Act
applicable in relation to manufacture of any product will be extended to new
enterprises engaged in any of the following activities as well, provided that the
investment is made on or before 31st March 2015.


x. Tourism

1.1.2Investment Limits (for New Enterprises)

1.1.2.3 Large scale enterprises engaged in specified activities including any processing and solid waste management will be eligible for tax holiday as specified in section 17A. The period of tax holiday depending on the size of investment is as follows:

Rs 1,500 mn - Rs. 2,500 mn 10 years
