It looks that Dialog SLT deal finalised but waiting for TRC approval. What would happen to the Dialog shares in this current market.

Saw some heavy collection during last few days back, may be those had the first hand info trying to collect Dialog

Consolidation is good for them but how about the subscribers?
Will the authority sanction such an exploitation possibility due near monopolistic status of such a deal?
Who will get the raw deal? affraid
