guy why do you think those buggers in cse are doing ?now they said earlier important desions were made to relax credit ,bla bla ....but why they delay in issuing notifications? why are they waiting for?

This is the country where you can be the richest overnight supported by blood sucking mafia kings, high powered corrupted politicians & their henchmen. Being super humans, no law & order is applicable for them.
So nothing to talk of the institutions monitored by such...........(use yr own word as you wish)

Try to understand the reality, In this forum also so many of us criticise the ex officers, now we started to criticise the new administration, as I said before in another thread x comes or y comes the problem can't be resolved.
Because the basic problem everyone know very well and do not want to talk or discuss.
Do you have any idea why JKH price was low couple of weeks ago?
IMOH someone force to sell at lower price, which we can't discuss.
As some one told in this thread, in Sri lanka law and order is still exist no?
If we start to talk too much this forum become political debate for no reason.

Sooooo general feeling is that if Brokers credit rules were relaxed and Price Bands abolished markets should bounced back to its glorious days.... affraid

surely... when credit rule relaxed and price band abolsihed it will bounce back. Only thing when they abolish this thing is the question ???

I think they are not silence. First they have to meet Brokers and then may be they will exchange views with other stakeholders. The chairman is new and he needs some reasonable time to analize the situation. He has said already that he doesn't believe in over regulation . May be he is spending more time to study all aspects of our market. Lets hope he will make our stock market more vibrant.
