Even if people accept this offer just for the record, does Harry have money to buy all of them? May be a rights issue for 1:15? Smile

On the other hand for buying side you have to find somebody like EPF to buy these "undervalued" shares.

Harry need 32Billions to buy 70% of the SPEN. I wish if I could see this what he did for minor stake holders in other companies.
NAV of SPEN is 23(?). PBV about 4.5
Not valuable @110.
