Basis of Calculation

AGSTAR Fertilizers Limited Analysis Agst_v10

Assumptions made in arriving at the valuation,
Non-voting share is priced at 30% discount to the Ordinary Voting Share of the Company owing to following
reasons,

i. Absence of voting rights

ii. Non-Voting Shares of the companies listed in the CSE, generally trade on an average of 25% - 30%
discount over the Ordinary Voting Share

Reference Price Rs.9.00 too much.

People who bought before sub-devesion they have Avg cost of Rs.1.00 per share.

Another money sucking share from retailer.
