But Gaya I am thinking the other way. who the seller was.
If it is Sri Lanka Insurance's Fund I will be more happy becoz ,DIST share split may getting sooner

Why DIST need a share split....
(1) No of shares Trading in the main board is limited.(Top 20 shareholders own more than 70%,and latest may be more higher, so free float is limited)
(2) All the other big companies have more than 600 Mn Shares .Even SPEN have 450 Mn shares and even though SPEN did a share split, DIST did not.
(3) To encourage minor share holders /retails investors to a affordable buying price
(4)Gradual increase of profits and expanding business to various sectors.

THIS IS WHAT I THINK AND I FOUND NO CLEW REGARDING THE ABOVE
