Price band not remove yet ? did anyone get the news ? still market moves slowly.

Price band has been removed I think. Please refer to the price band announcement in cse.lk. Anyway I don't think they will publish an announcement regarding the bugs of the system.

In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has been imposed on CSF-W-0021 with effect from 27th February 2012 to 02nd March 2012 (both days inclusive).
The full list of securities on which the 10% price band is applicable is attached.
