Even I noticed this. I cannot understand why Mr Susantha Rathnayake is selling his stake for this price. Is there any thing what we don't know?

he sold on today and keels consultants informed it within a 3 hour Very Happy

this is a very good practice .

i saw a recent announcement similar to this from CFLB . director sold at 550 on 10-2-2011 and when was the news came to CSE ?

it was on 03-Mar-2011 Rolling Eyes

Some of us have got - reps in the past for saying JKH is over valued. Guess some of the directors know it too Very Happy

Seriously!

ratnayaka has 3.5 million shares he sold 15%. I think people should stop over reacting to these type of announcements. now if he sold 30-40% of his stake that is a reason to be concerned. This could have been a margin call or any number of other things

Yep directors buy and sell for many different reasons nothing to get alarmed about unless it's something obvious or over the top

Yeah, Is it now trading at a good price? 275! Cuz previously it was overvalued as per many others? It was at this price on early September 2010!

Hahaha Tubal Very well said. Even I made few JKH lovers upset. So they gave me - reps.
Therefore I will try to hide the truth.

Eventhough its the godfather of sri lankan stock market I have my own doubt about the current price.
