May be the person found a better way to invest.
DIMO performed great, quarter before the last not because of their planning and effort but because of the interest rates and tax reductions. I don't have the numbers but I remember somebody said the last quarter profit went down by 20% (from that exceptional quarter) So it's probable profits could come down slowly. May be that's why some big investors took profit from it recently.

I just checked that with final accounts. He has sold small quantities even before. Quantity he sold recently is little more than 10% of his total equity. As explained in the above post may be he wanted some funds for someother purpose.

Probably he has lost confidence in CSE. Even after the release of the Annual Report for the best Financial year DIMO ever had, prices have been declining gradually.

He has about 258,372 shares on 31st March 2011 With this script dividend ( 1:50), he got about 5,100 shares, Don't panic He just sold only 29,800 shares

DIMO will bounce back after some big lot changed the hand....

Why is he selling? Is he collecting funds to invest in to some other business or they couldn't sustain the profit as they did last two quarters. Suspense will be there until we see the quarter report early next month.

NExt quarterly report of DIMO would show over Rs 80 EPS unless some huge other expense is attributed! The sales profit of the TATA NANO cars alone should be over Rs 50 EPS in my view!!

DIMO exposure to Tax increased vehicle categories is lesser comparatively. The recently introduced Tata Nano is affected by the tax increase but since is introduced during June quarter it should bring additional revenue.

I also do not know about hidden surprises but even a lower average of Rs 50 Eps for future quarters , will still make this share undervalued.
