90% of EPS of this quarter on Fair value adjustment to properties. Also helped the NAV

Your comment can mislead other misguided investors. Please indicate how you got EPS 28.00. There is a non-recurring "Fair Value Gain on Investment Property" of 269 million.

Then COMD is getting strong in funder mental. NAV more than 90 now but trading today 85/= .. EPS also 28/= but most of the companies showing very low EPS .. minus NAV value but trading more than 100/= 200/= level ... no one asking the question.... I couldn't understand how come gainer's post misleading....

anyway lot of time I post here about COMD... It will make move without doubt....

COMD very very illiquid now.. last whole week we didn't see that big seller so .. he don't want to sell now...so COMD easily move up...

COMD is the best pick compare with the other illiquid stock because funder metal and valuable stock ... very low risk...and I thing very lowest price stock in the illiquid stock... compare with RGEM 100 times better now...

Gainer, Jana - You are stating the fact, ok.
But profits did not "Boom"

When analyzing a company always look at the recurrent EPS.
