today I check the Order book .. some one try to sell 15000 COMd @ 90/= then move to 85/= and stay there with GTC order... 20000COMD buyer also stay at 70/= level...
then who will win...? buyer or seller ... the reason is this question ..If we grab @ 85/= then COMD is worth it or not ???
anyhow may be If the 70/= buyer win , then he can push up and sell it more than 85/= other wise no point to buy it...

Ohhh....
Interesting!!

Jana,
Just curious; R U trading only COMD?

May be it's a very good idea to stick to one counter.
May be it's too risky.

It seems Jana is on a desperate situation in COMD. Frequently he has posted these kind of posted time to time. I can remember once he tried to sell all his shares at loss.

http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t15171-totally-fed-upi-want-to-sell-in-loss

I wish he will find a buyer to sell without any loss.

You guys make me fed up some times.... everyone like to get some benefit from the forum site..no one passing time here with out any benefit...

from my post you guys know about it I trade some times with COMD .. I made small profit..Finaly I stuck in 120/= level with small Qty... If I sell Today I will make 40 000/= to 50 000/= loss..So just Remember to the investors " why you didn't notice that COMD by my post" time to time..

anyway COMD is good stock already I made 4/= from Dividend .. for Dividend yield it is the best pick in the CSE.. without any doubt they will pay every year GODD DIVIDEND. So I don't worry..

I do lot of trading time to time..but mostly I remember about COMD because long time I stuck...

Anyway you guys very smart .. when others posting about same stock some time continuously then you always notice that..

any how I am very surprised lot of bad stock ..(HUEJ ..BINN...ALUF(before..not now) ...Etc..) push up by some one.. but no body interest in COMD.. very easy money from COMD... I am not like that person to push up because I don't have that much of money ..If I have it I don't care about this forum site also Very Happy like DP ..NP..etc..

Thanks guys .. hopefully I will sell it before end of this year.. Very Happy Very Happy

Jana, there are 2 problems as far I can see

1) If you are long term player you won;t worry like this. But you always like to go after shares like this and then get stuck. You are a short term player. If so getting stuck with illquids can be such. Either you need to bear till time comes ( hold) or exit and find other ways to recover your money. .

2) I told you to below around that time. You again bought at Rs 120. So you made that decision.

slstock wrote:Jana,
If you bought at 101 average and if you can dispose at 118 below ( big seller lot) thats over 15% gain ;-) I would be happy with that amount for a short trade. But as this traded higher from time to time and it is very illiquid there can be fluctuations. At Rs 100 this is a bit more than fairly valued. There main soruce of income if from renting their property to Commercial bank. Unless there is massive rent adjustment or some other investment plan COMD growth is limited.

For trade this is good if one gets in and out at the right time. But for holding, am not so sure.

You are right @slstock! But I am little bit confuse ...bcos I bought REGM also like 90/= level and 100/= level but I sold under 120/= ... but it went more than 200/= ... ... so I thinking if it is like RGGM..

Investing need patient.
Trading need plan.

If we cannot adhere to those, then FD or other alternative investments are the best option.

You guys make me fed up some times.... everyone like to get some benefit from the forum site..no one passing time here with out any benefit...

May be irritated by your way of posting.
There are so many guys here coming under their own agenda and getting fed up when someone point fingers against their personal agenda.

Ok Mate... am sorry if it is irritated to you guys... by my post

But honestly tel me about COMD... Why no one(very rare people) interest in this stock long time.. COMD pay good dividend also all the time ... and if any one want to play with this stock very easy to play .. but no one keep on eye on this stock..

Anyway I will wait... at least I need to come out with half loss

Mate this type of shares will move time to time(some may say cycle) we need to wait for that.
Best wishes.

Probably liquidity counters are good for trading during market downtrends.
And...
I have witnessed COMD to be a little seasonal;
i.e.: All of a sudden, they may report extra ordinary profits in one quarter and
Boom! the price will jump up 100% !!

That is due to assert revaluations. Else COMD has a single business handling a building lent to COMB. So the earning growth depends on rent they charge which will not change huge over time.

Dude I'll give you a one free advice and hope you'd understand..

STOP AVERAGING your loss shares... Dont sell your other stuff can buy COMD.. It could be good and sometimes it can give u 100% return.. But the biggest mistake ppl do is averaging the shares in a bear market.. Your opportunity loss can be more than the profit u earn by doing so.. So dont do this more than once..

Ultimately u'll end up being a director of COMD. Well if that's what u want, then let it be..

Just becuz a share is down, it doesn't mean its not valued.. Its the perception of the ppl and the overall market trend and cycles it has go brought it there..

If you bought on credit hope u'll have at least T+5 to sell... Rolling Eyes

Really thanks a lot @smallville, as your advise I ll keep it little bit ore time without average...
anyway I post about COMD time to time .. if anyone can buy little bit more Qty then it will automatically go up.. but it doesn't work

Thanks guys. you guys really good to take care of others ... thanks again.
