I have decided to upload the AmiBroker Database weekly because most guys are asking for it, the original database belongs to "samueldaniel7" 2009 to 30th September and from September onwards i have added rest of the data

unzip it and open database through AmiBroker

Have u done the splits in amibroker for the securities that went on with splits?

If not the charts may look weird and breakouts may spread incorrectly.. I did this manually abt 4 months back as Sammy's original database didn't have it initially.. So after that I didnt upload mine and using ur one now Wink

Also now I noticed some data are incorrect for some securities.. i.e ALLI, on dates 6/9/2011, 8/10/12, 8/12/12.. These have come down drastically..

Appreciate if you can compile a report (an excel file) for the securities that underwent splits in last 2 years..

Ok this is how it looks after the corrections..

But I'm not too sure whether we can do any splits for bonus shares of 1:2, I think the reduction in price is somewhat similar to price/3*2 as the proportion is 1 bonus share for 2 shared held.

Actually I found an easy way to update the amibroker using dfn data. But today unfortunately when I update the data I put the date in the wrong format n it shows today's data for 12/03/2016. Couldn't find a way to revert that. So hope u will upload da database soon.

Soon I will write about the way I found to update ami easily using direct Fn.

U can edit the quote pertaining to that data like this;

1) Clcik on Symbol -> Quote Editor -> Select "All symbols" from the radio button
2) Select the date u want to edit
3) Select one from the right hand data and hold shift then press page down several times or use down arrow till the end it met.
Now click on "delete" button to delete the quote data for a particular data.
