but this is from speculative point.some fundas can explain in a better way i guess.usually what happens is that prices fall on subdivision announcement am i rite.please correct me if im wrong. 
if prices fall now that would mean 1.5 rs a share roghly.that can gradually become sort of a teaser to purchase more shares. all are some guessing.but one can wait for price action before jumping.its not for me to guess where the market will move without charts .currently im at liberty.no power in nugegoda due to some maintenance work. will have a look at the charts later in the evening.the cse is dull so not much price action 
so analysis will not be highly accurate due to less action.
