If we consider this forum as another organization or company,mod is having more powers than normal members.so My personal view is specially people who act as moderators should understand the primary objective of this forum & need to do accordingly.Also they should have practical as well as should know how to deal with people in different backgrounds, different races & etc.Then only all people think that this is our forum.It's good for future of the forum.
Our mentality & attitudes should be rich wherever we stay,what ever we do & what ever problem we face.
Now everything finished.Finally what i understood is all love to our motherland even we are having different ideas.
I wish this place would be a good place to enhance our knowledge about the market.

because when political discussions are going further, some moderators also try to convey their opinion very unethical manner. They also don't respect others views. But only one person is get banned by a so called moderator.
