In PHAR a split is doubtful at the current market conditions. But there is There is some interest in the share. During last three weeks there we attempts to set new price levels. Yesterday it went up to 840+ but came down with GREG. But today share got stabilize and traded a good quantity without much price deviation, which is bit unusual for an illiquid stock. In previous market crash it came down to 505 (15/02/2012). But afterwards it remains in current levels when other shares losing ground.

As announced in GREG investor forum, they do have plans to begin the 32 story office complex in the current year, so if market got active, they will look at a split.

My so called investment adviser recommended me to buy at 4000/- last year. Evil or Very Mad

As a policy I never touch overvalued share or never chase a rally. I think it was peak price during a bull run at that time. deleted got exit nicely in during that period.

PHAR is an asset rich company. If GREG utilize it in a proper way, they will get a good return on that. Thanks "hariesha" for your information. Even, I have read that news somewhere.
