But there was a announcement some time back that they are going to sell some of their property in a prominent place in Colombo.

PROPERTY AT UNION PLACE SURROUNDING MANY PROMINENT COMPANIES....

according to info, still there are in Building deal, after the building deal they might go some development projects, bcz they will receive huge cash flow after the deal , ( Rs. 1.5 Bn over )

NO....THERE IS A CORRELATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT,,,,
BUT LAND WITH PHAR.....SO THERE ARE THE MAIN BENEFICIARY OF THE PROJECT...

THEY CAN GET HUGE ANNUAL RENTAL OVER THE PROJECT.....
