What I meant was having or not having price band does not affect manipulation or anything whatsoever. It's not like any of those shares were caught in any price bands.
As I said it was "sarcasm"
Hmm, on the other hand I think price band helped the manipulators a safety net to dump the shares at a stable price when the price was pumped up. Now that safety net is not there.
