when foreigners sell we will buy at higher prices and once again when market falls we sell foreigners buy....
This trend will be profitable to one and disastrous to another

Our total buying methods are incorrect. They buy when the stocks are low, but we buy when the stocks are going up. We hope to buy today and sell today. They buy today to sell in future. So definitely they get the chance.
If anyone think about the investments buy now. It is the high time. Don’t think about the tomorrows down fall. Think about the price after two or three year’s time.

I think u have read the news item on Cabral's statement regarding the Net F.E. inflow through stock market about a week ago. He says compared to US$ 172 mn total outflow during the last year so far during this year similar amount of F.E. inflow has been recorded in stock market. Further he says they have had estimated a net F.E.inflow of US$ 500 mn during the year 2012 from stock market and they will acomplish the target well before the end of 2012. From this statement anyone can easily understand what is happening in the market. Govt agencies are not active.( may be they have been adviced to be sideline.) HNWIs are not active.( May be on someones request) Only foreigners are active. Therfore every day a foreign net inflow is reported. Market has manipulated by someone to keep the indices at lower level so that foreigners will continue to buy and Net F.E.inflow target would be achieved. Untill such time that CB is satisfied with the amount of net inflow, I guess manupulation would be continued to maintain lower level of indices in order to encourage foreign investors. Untill such time that Govt.could resolve it's Foreign Exchange issue indices of CSE would maintain at a lower level in order to ensure higher net inflow in the stock market.

Sometimes back I mentioned the following point in this forum, which is "All the black money which came from various sources (10%,etc etc) took out of the country by our loving politicos now bringing back as a white money in the name of FDI".
Hard to accept but always facts are bitter.

I mentioned this last December.. We need to keep prices dirty cheep artificially to attract foreign investors because we still failed to make conducive bushiness environment to attract them

Probably foreigners know that our institutions like EPF, NSB will buy from them at a premium price in future.
I do not know if there is any assurance from any party.

Good if we know which counters attracted by foreigners:
Any idea?
