I don't know why SEC is approving these companies to be listed in CSE. Mr Rishan is listing this company to earn millions from retailers. Next he will list Bieco Link, which he acquired recently.

PCH Holdings Ltd will listed at the Colombo Stock Exchange by way of private placement. “We are listing the holding company by introduction. We have received the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The purpose of the listing is to capitalize on the appetite for PCH shares in the market. With the listing the public will be able to buy shares by the end of this week or on Monday, PCH Group Chairman S.H.M. Rishan told Daily News Business.

“The company performance for the past five months was encouraging. The PCH Holdings posted PAT of Rs 1.4 billion for the last year. We target to exceed this figure during the current year, he said. The public response for PCH shares is good. As we are more in to providing IT solutions. We see a promising business this year. We have invested on solution based businesses including ERP solutions and anticipate healthy growth by the end of this year,” Rishan said.

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said yesterday it has approved, in principal an application by PCH Holdings Ltd., to list 252 million ordinary voting shares on the Diri Savi Board by way of an Introduction.

PC House Plc., a related party to PCH Holdings, is already listed on the CSE following its successful IPO in late 2010.

Young business leader Chairman S.H.M. Rishan owns 56% stake in PC House Plc., whilst PCH Holdings., is the controlling shareholder in two other listed entities Orient Garments Plc (51%) and PC Pharma (62.5% and via Chairman Rishan a further 16%).

Today we saw the atention is shifting to other shares. The movers of this rally GREG, HVA, REEF and PCH got settled down towards the end of the day. It's good sign that other shares also moving. It will create stability. There are some more shares which have not move much. Tomorow we may see movements of this batch. Shares like MARA, RHTL, SIRA, SEMB, BLUE were fairly silent upto now.
