Just skimmed the introductory document,Its true that this is another share that gonna dilute the public funds.

Just go throug the first 4 shareholders Dr.Nalaka Godahewa holds 5%, and Rohan Fernando of HVA Foods holds 3.33%.

Just go through the recent share transaction, more things will surface
