latest news is LIBOR was fixed and BOE knew about it. so do not talk about sl central bank. Govener to be appointed in BOE knew about this.

today we aill get some calrity about this. Do not blow thing's up. we are growing at 6.9 in last quater. which is 2nd higest in ASIA.

Any Central bank cannt be worked independently as we think. Its an extremely difficult task especially in a 3rd world politically corrupted country. I'm pretty sure that Mr Cabraal does not want lose his job for the sake of 20 odd million general public.
No matter how intelligent he is, measures which are good for the nation cannt be implemented without the approval of the parliament or from politicos. That's the reality.

Handling a 3rd world country budget efficiency will not be tasty as we think in political terms.
