Yes, but seems to be story made yesterday to pump and dump.
Trading oppertunities are there.

For me, this share is not worth even 2 rupees but it can go up for no reason when certain people are active.

Our market is not a matured market. Some companies are trading below 5 P/E with promising future earnings but the majority is still looking at speculative counters.
