No offence meant but your line of thinking concludes that bearish sentments expressed in this forum are by negative people. Dont you ever see a positive side towards bearish comments ? Up to now I dare say that bearish members in this forum have been very positive and are clear winners in this game as opposed to die hard bulls.

Bear market gives opportunity to buy shares at low. bull markets offers to sell at high most of the time. so like both markets should compliment each other if we want to make money..........

It is the matter of time that market needs to boost the investors trust backed by many factors which have been discussed in this forum & media. Positive movement in last week does not mean a strong uptrend as many are expecting. However, it is a good sign that market signals positive trend with inherent dipping.

There's a chance to move above 23.5 anyway because of the mandatory offer. (Pls correct me if im wrong.) And the other thing is why a foreign party should be interested if it doesn't has a big hidden potential and a value. Therefore I still believe the upward trend in ODEL price will continue in the coming week also.

Best pick for tomorrow will be GLAS Isn't it my friends.. with the announced dividend its the most attractive fundamental in my opinion.

Tomorrow will be the last day where we could collect GLAS for 5.10-5.20 levels.

This is the main psycological drawback point in our investors/traders.

IMHO coming weeks going to be a battle between Fear (Those who bought recently and to make quick profit booking) and Greed (Those who wants to see their worst looking PF to be look like in a better mannar).
Seems to be Fear will take upper hand in. ( Because inmaturity is going to play the key role if we wish to accept or not)

Yes one small retailer cannot lift the market. Many of them combined positively can do so. Also need traders , volume and consistent buying for short term up. Yes some of us have investments at CSE . I do too. I even have remaining shares with me I bought many years ago which I am holding still. I am slowly collecting some more. My strategies and my short term, medium term, long term goals are separate and different.

Yes most of these can be redundant accounts. I also know that many are coming as guests only to READ. Other registered member might be here to READ also but not write. Some may be new to CSE and they are not sure what to write with less experience ( BUT I really request members to give somethign back to the forum which give you info/knowledge in form of even your opinion or sharing something you learnt )

In one paper article it was said on certain days there were only 200 people trading ( not sure whether it is true or not but the day when turnover was 90+ million it could be so) . My point is even 200-300 more start trading volume will increase and things will improve right? I am not asking anyone to buy it will eventually happen someday. When the bull comes I will not be amazed if many more account get created, many more posts are on promoting stocks and everyone want a piece of this wonder. Volume and number of trades will go up. We saw what happened in 2009,2010 and in 2011 even. Even if we discard 50% of accounts at the forum we still should have significant number of potential members who might get active when the time comes. Is it now? I do not know yet. Time will tell.

Yes as TraderatHome said Bear market give opportunities to make shares attrative to buy and bull market creates opportunities to sell those shares at higher profit. Also in both there will be always opportunities to trade.

Where did I say that? Anybody has to freedom to invest, stay invested or be not invested. it is their money their choice. I always have acepted/allowed both bear and bull opinions. If one wishes to stay away it is their choice. But stock market have cycles. If you are not invested you might atleast miss some trading opportunities. Thats a fact not fiction. Ex FLCH was at 1.4 few weeks ago. Now it is Rs 2-2.1. If someone bought at 1.4 or at 1.8 even it is clear profit ( atleast for short term.) . Lets face it , we are all here for profit ( invest at CSE I mean) not for charity. As we do not have Short Selling , market going down and down does not benefit anyone to make money ( except some brokers and margin account providers). But even during bear trends, identifying cycles and buying low and selling higher does. That needs to positive commitment and not staying away from market. Thats what I am saying.

BTw, these cycles am talking are about short term . Long term holding strategy / goal is different which was discussed many times here. So i will not bring it up.

If one reads illuminati's original post, it reveals that he is no different than any other promoter in this forum, except that he is a bear promoter than a bull promoter.

But this is something fine. We have a truck load of bull promoters and that needs to be balanced. However, since CSE does not have short-selling, what kind of a person would benefit from a falling market? Only a long-term collector, and I'm not talking about a retail investor with a couple of millions of rupees.

When such predictions happen, the majority of the sellers with pending margin calls come out in big anticipation and start dumping at the slightest green. So dont expect much!

if it is an actual double bottom, the ASPI has alot of resistance in the form 50 day MA at around 4975 level, Neck line resistance of the double bottom at around 5075 level, 100 day MA at around 5200 level.

With impending big deals and further fresh foreign buying (Crossings), sideline players and technical analysts may start buying into the market and sellers may want to wait since their margin calls start to disappear with increase in their portfolio/share value. SEC may relax the credit rules and this may help pending margin calls. So SEC positive news may flow in as well.

Hopefully this may help build some confidence and volume to break the big resistances above!
