I couldn't understand why we need to bother on this issue.
If the Moderator deleted the post which is not suitable or abusing someone,that doesn't mean infringing someone's freedom of speech or write or opinion. If he/she become a member of this forum he/she adhere to the rules of the forum, if he/she wishes or not.
IMHO the members can refrain from posting if they do not want to follow the basic rules as stated by the admin.(Please read the above comment for the rules)
In the above case the moderator who deleted the post got 100% valid reason and the member is lucky enough still he did not banned by the moderator.

I like to read & Listen than write & talk.

But I need to say 'I'm 1000% agree with you Kumar. As I think, we are investors (small or medium or large). As a investor we need to be keen around the world such as PESTEL, Local market & overseas market. For me I'm not worring about others PF, race, Living style, He is black or white. But I'm keen His/her business philosophy.

What is this...? Please I'm requesting you all think global perspective, but act your own perspective. We no need to fulfill others hidden agenda.

K.C. Vignaraja, the champion of fundamental stocks has a vast quantity of speculative/junk stocks in his portfolio in addition to the many other stocks he holds. This guardian of the small time retail investor in fact has a portfolio running in to billions of rupees. We are not bothered about his wealth or the value of his portfolio but the issue is that this man portraits himself as a small investor. He writes to newspapers in connivance with those metal retards at the SEC about small investor interests, and has even gone into the extent of attending the presidential forum representing small investors. He is now heading a small investor association formed by the Sunday Times.

His source of funding is highly questionable? This man is not the veteran investor, guardian of small investors. This rogue is contributing actively for the market down fall working along with his masters at SEC and anti government forces.

The real issue is that these kind of people should be exposed. They are self-fulfilling their own interests while jeopardising all investors, the capital market and the country as a whole.

We've increased the file size to attach the source for the original poster but no sign of him..

This whole thing has been started as a mud sling and CDS wont give those information to investors or anyone without a court order I think Wink

As far as I know, the CDS data are not open to each & every Tom and Harry. The poster was given enough time to divulge his source and he opted not to reveal it. Hence, I consider it highly unethical and against forum rules to allow this post to be in the open forum any more.

It is clear that the intention is to repel Vignarajah fro this retail investor forum. I can see two possible reasons
1. Some people esp. some HNWI do not like this small invester forum , as it will check their frauds and jilmarts, So desperately trying to demolish this effort.
2. May be this Vignarajah having a hidden adjenda too.

Howevet it is timely and important to activate the small investor forum at least to protect small investors being fooled by some foul plays at CSE.

I just checked top 20 share holders in BUKI and CARS using quarterly statements in the CSE. Name called Mr. K.C. vignarajah is in the top 20 list.. It is a great achievement if he start as a small retail investor and become a multimillion investor in the CSE.
