CSD- Still One of the Good Pick in CSE... If the market is in positive then CSD dramatically go up
CSD 3.5 Million Shares traded today . it went up to 8.70. Last time its went up to 20/=
CSD company in progress path. making earning. paying dividend , and Asset value more than 30/=
DP- Damika perera is one of the major Share holder.

What do you thing guys about CSD ???

Hmmm, I'm skeptical about this, check the last report:

EPS would be around .60 Rs (per year) and that would put the P/E at least around 14-15. Btw, Bloomberg says it's 70:

And the most recent dividend is only .10 Rs...

I fail to see the value of this, or is this a good share for just trading? (i.e. forget the numbers kind of a scenario ?)

As chinwi pointed out in another thread, changing landscape qnd the sky line in Colombo business district will re rate these prime prooerties with better valuations and better yields. With up coming projects this are will be one of the most developed and sought after area in South Asia,

look at the book value (NAVPS) buddy.. we normally look for NAVPS when we value shares in the real estate sector..
