I may not be the best man to give the right signal..
Watch out... There is heavy resistance at 5,400
It is likely to go back to 5,100.. Some call it profit taking.,.
Traders beware, if you are a long term investor do not worry.
It is is the simple reverse head and shoulder that is forming.
Some call it cup and the handle.
But where is the handle.

We seen too much upside.. And it's natural..
Why Market need a breather".."coz RSI is above 80% and MacD is to yet to break.
It will eventually break the 200 day moving average.
Just the way it did opposite 1.5 years ago.
But fundamental of Sri Lanka is still not right.
Economy need to get things rights.
Interste rates and inflation need to come DOWN!!!!
Otherwise this boom is simply artificial..
We do not want to be back in square one..

Everybody thinks resistance at 5400 and will start to sell as soon as ASI is drawn back, that's my worry. anyways I have disposed 50% of what I had collected.

Momentum seems to be good but RSI is a concern. However we have seen before how RSI can be in oversold for months when sentiments are right.

Some shares have not moved much at all in this run. So even if a correction can happen not sure how much or how long.
We also saw how brief corrections can happen and some shares took breathers in the run.

Also if share like JKh, SLTL, CARS drops ( opposite too) it can effect index greatly.

I don't know whether it will stop at 5400 or 5600 but there will be a few red days in the middle. Not all days in Sept can or should be green.

Investors need not panic as market in my opinion is still very attractive.

upward trend will continue
Because downward trend we have seen was manipulated by certain
people. It has been abnormal not based on Economic reasons

Fundamentals of Sri laka never been right Specially after 1977
But you have seen upward trend in several ocations
Present upward trend will definitely continue

Down ward trend we have seen was manipulation during the end
But market was crashed due to over valuation of shares at the beginning
Immediate reason was Brokers credit control

My opinion is govt' FINANCIAL AUTHORITY' is responsible for this scenario

We all fed up with this market. everybody has big hope but market eventually kidding us, we all get news but how we know these are true or false, even broker firm try to recover their debt and going to force sell who are invest small holders. Is that fair ? so we must careful with this market till it action good to all us.

I think SEC should give preferential treatment to small investors.

They should be the real people who run the market.
NOT govt or private sector Manipulates
