VONE,HVA,CDB no need to average.EXPO and SHL average lower as you can and if you are lucky will be able to exit soon or sell at loss if you can afford or hold as long term investment.

I'm not expert. but if i were you i may start collecting SHL in down trend. even now it is ok. you cant expect sudden miracle, but possible 100% return in mid term. I may be wrong. pls do some analysis.

You had some of these long time back as well.

You don't necessarily have to make profits with the shares you are on an unrealised loss. Sometimes, it's better to sell them at a loss and buy other shares which you think would cover your loss faster.

npp had given you the best possible answer.
If I were you I would sell SHL, VONE & HVA asap.
You can have some hope on EXPO & CDB.

I take investment decisions, based on fundamental values.
I do not rely on manipulation or speculation to book profit.
There for my opinion on HVA might be different from someone else.
That is why I said "If I were you.."

FYI

"For the last 3 years their profit is on the decline.
Last year it was a whopping 80% drop.
Earnings per share have gone down from Rs.1.17 to 0.15 Cents.
PE is more than 80"

That is some sound reply Smile thanks for the info.

But considering he hold it at the moment on loss and current market condition, there might be an opportunity to book some profit than sell ASAP.

Not everyone rides on investment decisions based on fundamental values at CSE. Wink

I don't see any valid argument selling the shares ASAP. With considering the AVG's these has been held for some time now. opportunity loss already happened. If i were you i will pump new funds to market targeting leveling down existing good share which has potential to provide high return, or a total new share which i believe that will give me least 100% return in mid term. If have holding power i will hold SHL for considerable gain in this trend (at least).
