i got a personal Message by asking to convey this message among the community. Im not sure this relevant, ethical or proper channel to publish but as a help i post this in the forum because we know we have 20k plus members.

ගරු විභාග කොමසාරිස් තුමණි,

අ.පො.ස උසස් පෙල විභාගය කල් දැමීම සම්බන්ධව.

මා 2020 වසරේ උසස් පෙළ විභාගය සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් වන ශිශ්‍යාවක් වෙමි. කොවිඩ් 19 වසංගත තත්වය හේතුවෙන් ලෝකය පමනක් නොව අප රටද එම අර්බුදයට මුහුණ පෑ බව මා දන්නෙමි. මාර්තු මාසයේ මැද භාගයේ සිට මෙම වසංගතය හේතුවෙන් ජූනි මාසය අග භාගය දක්වා සැලකිය යුතු තරම් කාලයක් අද්‍යාපනය අහිමි වූ බව ඔබ අප සැමට නොරහසකි. අප අද්‍යාපනය ලැබීමට උසස් පෙළ විභාගය සදහා සූදානම් වීමට පාසල් අද්‍යාපනය පමනක් නොව උපකාරක පන්ති ආදියද මේ සදහා භාවිත කරයි. කෙසේ නමුත් මේ ප්‍රධාන ඉගෙනුම් මූලාශ්‍ර දෙකම අහිමි ව තිබියදී අගෝස්තු මස පැවත්වීමට නියමිතව තිබූ උසස් පෙළ විභාගය සැප්තැම්බර් මසට කල් දැමීම මහත් වූ අසධාරණයකි. සැබවින්ම විශය කරුනු ආවරණය කර ගැනීමට සහ විභාගය සඳහා සූදානම් වීමට කාලය ප්‍රමාණවත් නැත. මේ හේතුවෙන් අප මහත් පීඩාවට පත්ව සිටින්නෙමු. මා මේ ලිපියෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිනුයේ අමතර කාලයක් නොව අහිමි වූ කාලයයි. එබැවින් දෙසැම්බර් යන මාස දක්වාවත් උසස් පෙළ විභාගයට සාදාරණ කාලයක් ලබා දෙන මෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

Teller, why that student send this personal message to you. Better to send this personal message to Minister of Education, Parliamentarian, Letter to the Editors of Popular local newspaper or file the Writ of Mandamus at Supreme Court rather than wasting time with you.

Teller please, Don't spoil that student's future by showing yourself as a big personality.

This A/L is sick. Now almost 3 years, we are tired af. I wanna finish it asap. No more postpones Neutral

There is no point displaying a career guidance seminar notice at an elders home. The student should be given contact details of the relevant authorities if someone wants to be of help genuinely.

But the barber who performed the Circumcision misplaced the knife and Teller lost the whole thing.
