I think REEF will be going to run tomorrow.Today and last two days lot of collections seen.My broker says this will touch 50.I bought today @ 34.50 analyzing buying pattern. what do u think guys????

yes reef will move at least to 40 with in next few days

If REEF.N hit 50 what would be the price of REEF.W0019?

Intrinsic value would be Rs.11/- + Time Value about Rs.20/-

What will be the return?

REEF has also shown a good pattern when I checked yesterday, something closer to an ascending or symmetrical chart pattern which I cant remember now.. but REEF.W19 had a better one..

As hariesha pointed out, if REEF runs REEF.W19 will see a good run too..

I informed about REEF 2 weeks back for the guys in Chat.. Especially about REEF W19 and CITK.. I'm following REEF family closely during past 3 weeks. I figured out that W19 and CITK was traded in high volumes than REEF N on many days during past 2 weeks.

Although CITK moved when REEF N appreciate, REEF W19 only moved once above Rs.7.50 during past 2 weeks. On that time it ran to 7.90. big chunks of sell orders cleared between 7.20 to 7.60. Although CITK broke 8 and moved to 9.80, REEF W19 pegged back quickly to 6.70 within 2 days.
I feel either some party try to collect below 7 by creating selling pressure artificially or some party dumping above 7.20.

Yes. Reef group didn't move aggressively like other shares. But from end June they were moving to new price levels every time.

And all the group shares are not moved at the same time. When CITK was moved last few days, they tried to resist the movement of CITW. When REEF was moving they tried to halt REEF.W19. If you can remember past, even GREG had the same pattern. It's a good thing because when all are going up simultaneously, you can’t generate the required energy.

When REEF.N0000 passed 39/-, W19 also should start appreciating in the same speed as normal share.
Ie: IF normal share hit 50/-, minimum value for W19 is Rs.18/-.

Yes brokers al most all brokers recomeding to buy this share. That means selling pressure is minimised while buying pressure buidling up. If the target selling price is 50, better we sell around 47/48 for the safe side. I have REEF, REEF.W19 and CITW.

Investing in REEF (group) is like gem mining.

You have to dig deeper and deeper with fair knowledge about the subject to have a good result.
IF you are fortunate enough you will come out with the most valuable Ruby or Sapphire with you.

Sometimes mines collapse while you are digging deep inside.

If u analysis black scholar model for the warrants overvalued now it self.Price of w0019 should be around 2.00 when N trade around 35.Its better not to touch at this level.If REEF.N moved to 50 this can be valued around LKR3.00 level.Warrants always attach big risk for investors.

Can you publish your black scholar model analysis on REEF.W19 without just uttering things. And please indicate the valuations for other warrants also as a reference.

I am making this request as you have mentioned about an analysis on a particular model.

REEF W19-
if you remember there was only little qty in order books when its coming down,just blocks of 1000 or 2000 shares,we rarely seen selling orders over 10,000 shares,we can move the price by 10%-30% by buying over 100k shares at that time.
but now the things are changed,we see heavy orders with many splits,its mean that we holding which were sold by major shareholders what they got freely,im very much worry about free float Evil or Very Mad

So im out of the bus as a trader Wink

As I can remember the exercise price in 2015 for REEF.W19 is 40, buying at 7 means ur total cost will be 47 if you convert in 2015 (June again as I could remember) And in 2015 its unfair to think that REEF (ordinary share) will not move to at least 70-100 range.. 70 is a 2X leap from current price.
We initially had a price target of 150 for REEF but I cut down due to prevailing situ.. 70 is a far more easy target in a bullish market..

Therefore my thinking is that forgetting all these warrant price calculation models, if we go by the simple common sense theory REEF.W19 @ 7 will see a value of at least 30 (70-40) in 2015.. So is it not a 400% price increase? Even if this goes to 21-22 its a 300% increase..
